But at the same time the job are not enough for them.Most of the skilled people are unemployed today.And it is impossible to give govt. job to every people.But I think that online job is batter for this. Govt should encourage agriculture sector by providing minimum of 12hr electricity supply, good cost for their products, original seeds.

Policy should be formulated to Encourage SMEs in and around tier 2/ tier 3 cities. Support thse units through subsidies in Taxes. Donot charge octroi or LBT on the goods. This will boost up job creations in the non developed areas and prevent exodus to cities.
