How would creating better employment opportunities in rural areas help stop migration to cities and thus prevent excessive strain on our urban areas at the same time enhancing the development of the villages?

Garbage collection and the like activities should not be in the hands of contractor. We should employe proper employee for the purpose and pay them decent amount of pay like other jobs and give them proper task and proper checking system. It should bring under guaranteed rural job scheme. Though it is not a decent job and people do not want to do the job, if we pay them appropriately we can achive this.

ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में खेती सम्‍बन्‍धी कार्यों के साथ ही जडी बूटी के उत्‍पादन, दुग्‍ध उत्‍पादन पर विशेष ध्‍यान दिये जाने की आवश्‍यकता है क्‍योंकि ये चीजें शहर में अत्‍यधिक मूल्‍य देकर भी शुदध नही मिलते, जाहिर है अगर गांव में ही इनका भरपूर उत्‍पादन हो तो कोई भी बेरोजगार न रहने पाये.

if rural growth is the aim government should focus on agricultre products,diary products ,processed meats, bio disel from food grains

people should participate in ceating eletricty every house hold ,flats ,villas shold have solar pannels ,it wil help in creang new india government should purchase this eletricty.we should focus on eletricty as a fuel to our growth .
