Making them feel better in what they are good at. Search for their talent and then build some small scale industries to make them employed. Search for some people who feel DIGNITY OF LABOUR & who are Suitable for certain jobs. Train the labourers in which field they are good at and at least educate one child from each family. That covers both unemployment and illiteracy.

when bank exam are conduct online than why so much time they take to show reasults instead of showing within ! week? for what reason do they take time? when niacl can declare their in 5 day than why ibps and sbi cant ?

It is observed that China has captured a very big market for various items which are looking very small things, but definitely, it harms to us e.g. our people are not getting employment. Govt must ban these items OR encourage / tax free etc for making these sort of items in India. This will create competition and our people will get jobs. There will be job creation. We need to think seriously on this matter.

This suggestion is related to Ministry of Shipping. It is suggested to encourage private or govt bunker terminal near the (1) Andaban Nikobar (2) Gulf of Kutch etc(where the ships are plying in huge quantity) to provide the facility to ships transiting in this area. This will earn foreign currencies & job creation. Presently, both the places, this facility is not available.

Rural area should be well connected with good roads ,communication & information system.sources of Renewable energy ,Agricultural & allied Agricultur produce particularly Milk,vegetables and fruits production should be promoted and subsidized with quick transportation of agri produce to nearest cities and consumers to fetch sustainable price will create a lot of employment.Further, some small items of MSME sector may be reserved for production in Rural/semi urban area only to create better jobs.

This is regarding sick industries. It is suggested to create one special ministry to resolve the problems of sick public sectors, private industries. Thus there will be lot of job creation. In case, there is no solution permanently then, better to take appropriate actions for auction and give chances to others to give thrust MAKE IN INDIA CAMPAIGN.

YCC should also invite enterprenaurs counciling and encourage them to setup their companies in the rural areas it would be beneficial for them even as they will have to face less comptetion out there second is that we can do is to make these companies the base of products which are to be distributed in their state they the retailer - the wholesaler and so on the interest given to them can be land of the gov which they will get at the gov. price avoiding broker and the rural people as workers.

Farmers be trained on scientific lines in Animal Farming which should be industrially linked so that farmers get reasonable returns. Also this can be developed on private-cooperative partnership, where farmers can work on co-operative basis and sell their products to private enterprises.Dairy Farming and fodder management should be given special impetus where a particular village will serve as feeder of milk and milk products for adjoining cities. this process will create many jobs in way.
