What is the future of Indian Bureau of Mines? If government, decides to merge it with some other organisation, then definitely I will be a jobless citizen. Because just few days ago I joined here.

I have been reading a lot of posts on this platform established by our Prime Minister, people are just giving suggestions. I would like to state that if these posts are read by Mr. Modi, I have a huge idea that can change the face of agriculture and even the death of farmers in India. I can with the help of our government change the course of Logistics in India. Kindly revert back to me so that we and our government can do something exceptional that will be remembered for ages.

job creation in rural india will not be implemented by creating only plans but with giving opportunities for sale market with regard to manufacturing done. the financial condition is not good in villages and banks does not offer to those poor any loan without return possibilities. a society is required to implement these like KHADI GRAMODHYOG but must be a marketing place also who can purchase and sell their goods

There is large pool of retired defence personnel with administration skills. Every govt. entity whether a historical monument, dispensary, tourist resort, Bus depot, traffic management, sanitation, post offices, schools, training institutes etc. the list is endless should have one ex-serviceman as nodal head/SBU head responsible for the P&L and attainment of objectives as defined by Ministry. Plan is management by objectives by creating several Business entities with Business heads.

This is a good initiative indeed. If Gov do tight verification in all training institute (NSDC / NCVT) to understand the implementation of actual objective for skill development in terms of infrastructure, eligibility of trainer and proper job assistance then I feel all unemployed students will be benefited and India will grow. We have started an unique skill development training institute (www.silverlininginstitute.edu.in) and ensured skill development training & lifetime job assistance.
