Salaried Farming:- India will develop only when an Engineer’s, Doctor’s and Businessman’s child wants to become farmer. In India huge availability of farming resources. If Indian Gov. will take initiative on “Salaried Farming”, in which Scientist, engineers, farmers will be salaried employee of Indian Gov. They will increase the produce highly demanding crops and grains. We can sell this grains in International market. This will generate employment for our people and also revenue for country.

Poverty is like a rural sickness in our country.In order to improve the standard living of the below poverty line family members of the rural India, there should be job creations at the rural areas of India.India is country which is made up of villages.For example, earning means or sources of economy is gradually going down at villages, therefore,effective measures need to be taken up to estalish primary schools in every villages having poor density of population to give education to children.

Youth should be recruited in these who are available in huge crowd and working hard to prepare for the job. There should be fixed salary and incentive for extra performance.
