hello everyone....I think in our country the major problem is that we are not focused on what we are doing actually....let me explain with an example: most of us thought to have a government job ....a person whether he is doctor or engineer thoughts to be in adminstrative services....After having a govn job wastage of that study.....what I want say is everyone should choose one field and work strong on that as it happens in other countries like US, JAPAN ,CHINA....Definately india will rise as youth will think over this....Thanks

In my view the government should appoint the Local NGOs in cities and towns to look after small public matters which will encourage the youths to join NGOs supported by government thereby increasing employment and job creation.

Many youngsters in urban cities wants to become entrepreneur. Most of them struggles and fails during starting phase as they fail in getting initial "Leads" or "Project". Which is very crucial to flourish further. Government is already encouraging entrepreneurship, if startups can get support/ orders from governing bodies during incubation period in lieu of employing rural workforce, that will be a win-win situation for all.

As an unemployed educated person, I felt that student needs permanent government job irrespective of salary value. So more and more number of people must be permanently hired in job at low salary instead of fewer persons at high salary value. Person living in rural backward area needs only 10,000-15,000 rupees per month salary. Person living in urban area needs only 15,000-22,000 rupees per month salary. Person living in metro cities needs 22,000-30,000 rupees per month salary
