sir.how many villag and villagers benifit fro the paket milk being sold in citys? make dairy law and rules more ridgid . ps stop adeltrated milk. powdered milk. etc . make a law that all packet milk manufaturer must have 30 % their own milk. how? let these dairy co go to village and convince villagers to reair cow on their behalf so that they fulfill the law. benifits? Farmers will be in a position f bargain. free cow.feeds.sincear vat.. more people engage in chilling plant.proqure etc..

sir.when one thiks about the FREE part (subsidy) and starts a business ,it definately fails. ps remove the word subsidy and replace it with award . this award should not be messy and missleading.no complex calculations . it should be simple and should be declared from time to time. for eg. let there be cash award of 500 to all who are repaying (existing units) in time or a free trip to delhi 3 nights 4 days and you will be surprised most will prefer 500 instead of delhi . you can consumables etc

As the use of polythene is harmful , Govt. should ban the use of it and encourage the production of bags made by old newspaper , exercise book etc by the rural people this not only be helpful in swachh bharat aviyan but also in job creation and to beneficial for environment.

Govt should look at a model where people should look at working in fields is also a great job, most of them migrate to cities and then just do some small jobs and no peace in their lives, good amount of employment beauru to be created in district capitals and mobilies the people

Sir. Unemployment is very big issue as it is estimated that 50% of Indian population is less than 35 years of age. In addition to big ticket items, Govt should look for small and easily scalable option with out looking for FDI optiom. One of them is having a PSU of Garments; create brand India image for garments from India. Also, I would like you to study 'Jharcraft' an initiatve by Jharkhand govt, which has revived the silk industry and also local handicrafts.

My suggestion is very simple.. 1.We need to establish big as well as small proceesing units in each village &town place as per availabilty of local raw material like fruits & veg, cereals, pulses, medicinal plants. It will increase value of the area, increase employment, increase export, reduce dump & wastage loss, will encourage more professional technical academies. 2. Also we need to give big attention to Make Each Town tourist attraction historical, regional, natural destination

Eri, Muga silk together with handloom culture in the NE have potential for substantial jobs. We have been doing it since 2003 at Fabric Plus & with the limited resources we are impacting more than 33000 families. Our business model is based on 5F. We could do more, shall do more but, at times confused with the Government's statistics, which are so unrealistic that it becomes difficult to plan. Govt. agencies should find FACTS about the resources available at home & help, for us to create jobs

It is a suggestion that the Government introduces an amount to be invested into Tech and Non Tech Startups in a manner similar to Public Private Partnerships, with Government holding stakes in Startups, not only will this help increase awareness of Startups leading to massive employment creation but also Innovation in tune with Make in India and Return on Investment will generate funds for the treasury.
