Jobs are being created everyday in almost all small and big firms depending on the capabilities of the individual and necessity of the firms. but most of the organisations and companies are focusing on the analysis and leaving the productivity and quality of the material. A individuals hard work in company depends on the reports and not on the ability and talent etc. I am not saying to recognise every individual in the firm. But, extraordinary work done by the employ must always be recognised.

Stop doing politics on the issue. All existing plan for providing jobs in rural India is useless.Govt agencies simply doing cheat with poor public through these plans and making their won money.2000 to 2007 I take classes on Entrepreneurship Development in various colleges under Ranchi for UGC sponcerd vocational courses and I feel that no one among the authority person understand its aim of the subject. They are only doing a formality and making money through the program. So please stop politics

RTI Act: Gradually its importance is diluting. Government Offices find one or other lame excuse not to provide information. Private companies are also required to be brought within RTI. Specially service industry pvt cos are harassing people and when they seek information, private companies refuse to share information when demanded by the consumer example insurance claims. Private cos should be brought within RTI scope. How and when this we live to you.

There should be a state level anti corruption ministry with powers to punish public and private cos. This can be created by an ordinance. Corruption is the core issue from temple, in employment, contract, school, colleges in admission, police to file FIR, traffic police , RTO, MCD and we need to eradicate. India is a giant economy with 125 lac crore GDP. If all money being spent at present goes to real development without corruption it will be the best place in the world to live in next 5 yr

Rural India where actual Bharat resides, lies at the centre of the plan of growth and development because around 55-60% population is still residing in rural areas and largely dependent on agricultural activities but jobs can be created in agriculture sector itself like creating "regional food processing industries" in rural areas. This can be done with the help of Self Help Groups.By promoting at national level Khadi which is also a great source of employment generation for local rural people!!!
