How would creating better employment opportunities in rural areas help stop migration to cities and thus prevent excessive strain on our urban areas at the same time enhancing the development of the villages?

Huge human Population seems to me the mother of all problems of India. If India devises & implements an effective population (control) policy today, possibly things will get streamlined after few decades.

Instead of subcontracting, government should themselves undertake the project and for poor people government should employ directly. All this beggars and poor people should be accumulated and given a job in this contracts. Secondly fresher students whoclear their graduations should be trained for their skill development and private companies should be invited to employ this fresh graduate in their company for technical level jobs as required by the companies with well trained.

HOSING SECTOR IS THE BEST TO CREATE JOBS.It gives a major boost to manufacturing due to forward & backward integration of supply needs & DOESN'T NEED FDI !.BOTTLE NECK AFFORDABILIT.YOU CAN ONLY SOLVE BY DECREASING INTEREST RATES,LONGER TENURES LIKE 35 to 40 YEARS and TAX breaks for SPECIFIC SIZES & CEILING ON PRICE TO PREVENT SKY ROCKETING RISE IN LAND PRICES. AFTERALL LAND IS THE ONLY COMMODITY ON EARTH ,WHOSE SUPPLY CANNOT GROW & HOARDING IS VERY PRFITABLE,NEEDS TO BE REINED BY POLICIES ONLY.

In a year passout percentage of students is in thousands and stusents who gets job as per their choice and status is very less and as all medium or Big companies recruites 10 to 15 % fresher's and 90 to 85 % are experienced are recruited, so include higher % of inclusion in all companies ,the problem will be solved.
