Suggest measures to create jobs in rural areas so as to prevent excessive strain on our urban areas and at the same time enhance the development of the villages.

How would creating better employment opportunities in rural areas help stop migration to cities and thus prevent excessive strain on our urban areas at the same time enhancing the development of the villages?

Govt should push World Bank r IMF to start there global back office in India. As the country provides good infra and skilled manpower. As VISA is opening thr global back office in Bangalore same way even Mastercard and others can start. This will kick start the economy better and provide good job opportunities for youth. International Finance Centre which is getting opened in Gujarat also should push for these entities to open office in India.

We had obtained quotes from various ISP(Internet Service Providers) for ILL (Internet Leased Line) and found the pricing to be at least 8 times more expensive compared to international markets like USA/UK. ISP's squarely blame TRAI for high pricing. This very high pricing is extremely counter productive for Indian technology companies to compete with global giants. Taking appropriate measures will help create jobs, skills and more. Disclaimer: We are a cloud technology start-up
