Hi, I just wanted to share my thought on one of the oldest gov entity know as "Indian Post" .At present and in the years to come , we will definately see a huge surge in the e-commerce business in India(with Amazon already joining the competition). I think Government should seize this opportunity and invest in making "Indian Post Office" a reliable courier/ parcel partner. Advantage of indian post is its reach across the country and if we manage to deliver the goods ordered online to remotest part of india then i think it would also be a step in delivering "Digital India" initiative. How it can be done ? 1) Better Post office infrastruce with better facilities(Post offices are very shabby and people working there have a very bad attitude) 2) Make a mandate that any e-commerce site should at minimum send 15% of there parcels via Indian Posts(some countries are already following it) 3) Heavy recruitment and create a strong network in the length and breadth of the country 4) Competive rates considering governement has a very good rail, air and water infrastructure. 5) Create a very good marketting campaign to make people aware of the post office services This is my thought on creating job opportunities across the nation via Indian Postal services Regards, Amit

Small scale industries can be established in rural areas, mainly involving women. Regional Rural Banks or NGO's can help them in investing by lending funds. There industries can either be textiles, handicrafts, toys, pickles. Our culture and tradition can be showed in these crafts. In this way people in rural areas, especially women, feel that they are not neglected. This helps our society in two ways: People in these areas can be financially independent. And Indian heritage can be kept alive...

In this technology era…Govt. of Gujarat has never appoint “ COMPUTER TEACHER “ in any standard ( from Std. 1 to Std12). It is very important subject in this competitive world….Then also why this injustice to computer subject in our Gujarat? In Govt. school temporary computer teachers are quitting their job in 6 to 12 months. So actual and effective education not happening in school. If we are talking about technology and E-Commerce then students should learn this subject properly in school.

I am a Post Graduate in English with B.Ed.,working in a school as a teacher.But I want to set up a school after the CBSE pattern in my locality which would provide free education for the tea-workers' children and other children from poor families.Can anyone suggest me how can I get enough financial support for not only setting up the infrastructure but also to make essential payments to the teachers and other staff ? My village is surrounded by dozens of tea gardens in Upper Assam.

if the Government start PMEGP Scheme for self employment in every month then most of the people can do their own business or self work. but this is very bad & poor situation that the Govt. Bank are not interested in this type of scheme so why Govt. running the Slogan "Made In India"

Parts supply & Car Service center with door step pickup & drop as soon as possible but i had no income as bank can finance me. Then someone suggest me for PMEGP Scheme to contact the bank. when i contact the banks they show negative interest in PMEGP Schemesometimes they disturbed like i ask them something wrong. Make License exam mandatory for every profession.. Make sure only educated, skilled people get jobs. For example, No more uneducated people in pharmacy stores will open thousands of pharmacy jobs right away!!

Mumbai: Basic problem is Infrastructure, Housing and connectivity. Solutions: 1. Pls start the Coastal Road. 2. AC bogey in Local Train will reduce traffic on roads. 3. Increase FSI in the City (Upto Bandra) will reduce reality price. 4. Completion of Sea Link upto Colaba. 5. Better connectivity flyover/underpass between West & East. 6. Online registration for rental houses to remove touts and end corruption. 7. Remove encroachments on govt properties and finally better footpaths for people.

Respected Sir, I think development and job creation goes hand in hand.If we walk towards development automatically more jobs will be created.For example when there is large scale construction work(like road construction) construction labourers will get job for a while, in order to have continuous availability of jobs such large scale projects should be adopted.This way development takes place along with more job creation. Not only construction but also many other projects can be undertaken.
