How would creating better employment opportunities in rural areas help stop migration to cities and thus prevent excessive strain on our urban areas at the same time enhancing the development of the villages?

along with promoting MNC's and large scale industries the goverenment of india should look upon the striving condition of medium and small scale industries.I think the secret of the success of Make In India programme to turn India into a manufacturing hub lies mostly in ur domestic enterprises along with foreign capital. These enterprises should be exempted of various retrospective taxes and government should initiate steps to modernise them.

In the entire scenario of potential employee vs employeer what i see as a missing link is that of the role of govt employment agencies. While there are private employement agencies / consultants who operate at questionable levels, when it comes to unorganized sector they exploit & in organised sector they charge heavily. Govt employment agencies can play a big role in bridging this gap. We can categorize across skilled, semi & unskilled sectors & link colleges (tier 2, 3 & 4) to the employeers

1. Dignity of Labor and respecting those engaged in Manual work is the priority. The hard manual work needs to be more rewarding and needs to get higher remuneration than clerical work. 2.Some infrastructure needs to be installed to help marketing of products made by Rural artisans. 3. Skill development needs to be designed to make skilled workers rather than clerks able to write nice journals..Working with own hands and on the job is necessary instead of mere writing journals.

I have seen many people who are unemployed but they have land mostly in rural area and small town. Problem is that they cannot decide as to which business they should start in that locality which can give success. With less project cost good earning at least to earn there livelihood. For that I feel if government can open a small institute, district wise having a expert people who can advice them time to time.

At the time of election Mr. Santosh Gangwar, MP Bareilly UP visited our Village Karampur Choudhary, Pahari Colony, Bhojipura Bareilly UP and assured us whether his party (BJP) win or lose. If he will win the election he will make the Road of our village. But after he won the election he never turned up his promise, inspite of repeated reminders verbally and orally. Neither he assured us about the Road nor he made any commitment. This made our confidence down towards BJP specially Hon’ble Prime M
