Suggest measures to create jobs in rural areas so as to prevent excessive strain on our urban areas and at the same time enhance the development of the villages.

How would creating better employment opportunities in rural areas help stop migration to cities and thus prevent excessive strain on our urban areas at the same time enhancing the development of the villages?

I think the private schools and colleges can play a big role in cutting down the unemployment levels in India. There is mass scale loot of the teching faculty in these institutions. Highly qualified teaching faculty is given meager salaries from 2000 to 5000. the situation in colleges is also very bad. These instituions give lesser pay and prepare fake documents.Govt. must ensure atleast the basic pay of the govt.teachers for them. This will not only reduce unemployment but ensure social justice.

Honorable PM, I urgently request our Govt to announce a plan/scheme for every village in India to have at least "1 acre area with 20 feet depth" mini pond for rain water harvesting. This can ensure that every village will get good quality of enough drinking water continuously. As per study, in the next few years in India there will be lot more water (drinking and agriculture) scarcity problem will arise. Drinking water is very basic necessity of every one. Kindly consider my request as priority

The Income Tax act through the budget of 2010, 2011, 2012 has almost stopped the infusion of capital into economy by inserting 3 clauses in section 56(2)(VII)(VIII)(IX) of Income Tax Act. These three clauses restrict the transfer of shares of private companies at a value less than book value and restrict the issue of shares at a value more than book value. Since these sections have been introduced the flow of money in to the economy has almost stopped and the worst effected area is industry.

Jobs can be created by either starting new entities and promote entrepreneurship or by helping existing entities grow and create more jobs. growing an already running unit is much easier as compared to starting a new business and bringing up to speed. therefore harassment of small units by various government offices should be stopped and laws amended to prevent closure of firms. departments such as Labor, Provident fund, Pollution, Excise, Sales tax, Municipal Corporation, must be checked.

Rural Youth is not keen for Migration to big cities and therefore opportunities needs to be generated in Village or near by villages. Entreprenuership is best way for this. following can be done: 1. FMCG and Durable companies in collaboration with government and Training Companies; Skill rural youth to sell their goods to villagers on bicyles. 2. Training youth on Agricultural products and training them to become farmer advisor. 3. Training them and giving loan to start repairing pumps.
