The Ministry of Labour and Employment is implementing the National Career Service (NCS) as a Mission Mode Project for establishing a network of Career Centres for providing a variety of employment related services. These Career Centres will be the main outreach centres for the National Career Service Project. In this project, a National portal is also being developed to facilitate registration of job-seekers, job providers, intermediaries etc. and provide job matching services in a transparent manner. These facilities alongwith career counselling content will be delivered by the portal through multiple channels like Career Centres, helpdesk, mobile devices, CSCs etc.

The Ministry seeks to position the National Career Service as a one-stop platform for all employment and career related services. It seeks suggestions from the public, youth, students, Research Institutes, Industry Associations, Academia, Industry etc.forCareer Centres on the indicative areas listed below:

a. Branding of Career Centres: A name and tagline communicating the objectives with particular focus on provision of employment and counselling related services to the youth of the country

b. Coverage of Career Centre: Geographical catchment, Sectoral thrust, Special focus groups, Women and youth centric

c. Implementation Agency for Career Centres: Academia (schools, colleges, universities etc), Industry, Industry Associations, Governmental organisations

d. Services to be offered: Jobseeker registration, Employer registration and job posting, Career counselling, aptitude assessment, Job matching, Information on availability of courses at educational institutions, training providers, Guidance on self-employment and entrepreneurship.

e. Technology Platformfor NCS: Linkage with Aadhaar/Bank accounts to meet KYC norms, Integration with other large databases, Verification of certificates and credentials.

f. Network of Career Counsellors: By linking career counsellors in schools, colleges and universities toprovide professionalcounselling.

g. Involvement of Civil Society, NGOs, CBOs and self-help groups.

h. Local Service Providers through Career Centres: Directory of Local service providers like drivers, plumbers, electricians etc.

i. Career Content Knowledge Repository: A searchable and updated database of skills based content in multiple media formats for easy access.

j. Revenue model for Career Centres to ensure sustainability.

k. Public Outreach Strategies.

Most suitable and innovative entries will be rewarded by a cash prize by the Ministry.

The last date for submission of entries is 31st March, 2015.

सर आजीविका केंद्र गांवों में सतापित्त करे गावो में रोजगार के साधन नहीं हे गाव् ही economy की धुरी मानी जाती हे गांव में रोजगार क़ेनदर सत्तापिट करने पर युवाओ को रोजगार मिलेगा

Use of school labs & auditoriums after school hours as career centres in every location in India, with career counsellors & lecturers who are motivated enough to teach will attract youngsters of the region, sooner or later they will realise the importance of education & thus availability of proper centres will help them, Skill development & personality purification centres with Knowledge libraries will help the people connect & progress. The need is to motivate them & rest they will do.

KUSHAL SHAKTI - The skilled power - 1 center in a radius of 150km. - A Panel of 1 member each from a Govt. Body, A College, A School, An Industry, a Civil Society Person etc., for supervision with best delivery of service. - Online registration by AADHAAR to ensure '1 candidate->1 center' plan. - Domain specific enrollment with rigorous training & periodic tests/feedback. - For revenue, 15% package will be taken directly from Employer as 'fees' after candidate receives joining letter.

CAN YOU IMAGINE "SWACCH BHARAT ABHIYAN" CAN HELP IN OVERCOMING THE PROBLEM OF UNEMPLOYMENT :The beggars and destitute should be employed and are allotted to each colony and should be told to maintain cleanliness in that colony, and according to the level of cleanliness they should be paid. This would enable not only to absorb the unemployed population but also help in maintaining cleanliness in the society.

Programe Name : "TALENTING INDIA" SERVICES : VOCATIONAL EDUCATION TRAINING, POLYTECHNIC TRAINING, COMPUTER TRAINING, ITI COURESES. CAREER CENTRES Should be established on PPP mode or by doing partnership with other education institutions accross the nation. CAREER CENTRES B Developed by 'JOYFULL LEARNING ENVIROMENT' Cetre should give that education which create Job in the market i.e 'JOB CREATORS'. Knowledge of 'Commuction'(SAMVAD) IS VERY Important. like DIGITAL INDIA "TALENTED INDIA"

PROLIFIC IDEA TO IMPROVE QUALITY EDUCATION - The government should conduct some "SKILL EVALUATION TEST"(SET) to ascertain the in-depth knowledge of the teacher in their respective subjects, according to which the promotion of the teachers and their perks should be determined, any other recognition of the teacher would also enable to improve the quality education which then automatically percolate in the the minds of the students.

Career Centres is a good initiative and help young generation a lot, however we should work more on creating talent and build on resilience. I created a education portal- www.estudentsguide.com which guides/counsels students in there respective fields
