All career centres should have some regional and national industry associations as "partners". Courses should be designed with industry representatives. The subjects and courses should be designed in flexible modular structures so that one can do in stages and get certificate for each level or module. Each candidate should be able to upgrade his or her marks. There should be academic equivalent grades so that these can be transferred to academic streams in universities.

Plan for Career Centre : 1) The Government must collaborate with each organizations through a collaboration suite 2) All must register there 3) Employer must posts their details and vacancies 4) Applicants should be accessible to get training and placement details from the suite through a portal.
