Recently, It is well known that Central Govt Staff Selection Exam is the back bone for rural students for their job who seeks govt services. Now, in all examination of SSC, NAKAL/Fraud is being taking place, and which causes many students' life spoils. For example in my native village at West Bengal, some students were studying competitive examination but listening the incident of NAKAL they left their study. Please do some concrete steps, otherwise new generation will left for going school.

First of all, our Govt need a special team of Experts of each field in in each Region of Every State. Form a target, work on a Road map & implement it, analyse it, rectify it & then ask for more suggestions from general public. Its good to ask for plans from public but excellent work is to employ experts, create or develop experts, utilize their knowledge, skills & hard work and keep this MyGov discussion platform as a backup & booster/additional for those ideas. Conclusion: Employ Experts 1st.

1) Various state governments have apprenticeship schemes for technically qualified youth - ITI - certificate, Diploma and degree holders. These schemes need to be renovated.and made part of central focused drive. Presently, Private industries; especially MSME do not depend on employment exchange for recruiting the labour and supervisory staff. 2) For engineers, there is urgent need to develop basic engineering skills. This can be achieved by starting Internships, as in medical/ CA/Law fields.
