The Ministry of Labour and Employment is implementing the National Career Service (NCS) as a Mission Mode Project for establishing a network of Career Centres for providing a variety of employment related services. These Career Centres will be the main outreach centres for the National Career Service Project. In this project, a National portal is also being developed to facilitate registration of job-seekers, job providers, intermediaries etc. and provide job matching services in a transparent manner. These facilities alongwith career counselling content will be delivered by the portal through multiple channels like Career Centres, helpdesk, mobile devices, CSCs etc.

The Ministry seeks to position the National Career Service as a one-stop platform for all employment and career related services. It seeks suggestions from the public, youth, students, Research Institutes, Industry Associations, Academia, Industry etc.forCareer Centres on the indicative areas listed below:

a. Branding of Career Centres: A name and tagline communicating the objectives with particular focus on provision of employment and counselling related services to the youth of the country

b. Coverage of Career Centre: Geographical catchment, Sectoral thrust, Special focus groups, Women and youth centric

c. Implementation Agency for Career Centres: Academia (schools, colleges, universities etc), Industry, Industry Associations, Governmental organisations

d. Services to be offered: Jobseeker registration, Employer registration and job posting, Career counselling, aptitude assessment, Job matching, Information on availability of courses at educational institutions, training providers, Guidance on self-employment and entrepreneurship.

e. Technology Platformfor NCS: Linkage with Aadhaar/Bank accounts to meet KYC norms, Integration with other large databases, Verification of certificates and credentials.

f. Network of Career Counsellors: By linking career counsellors in schools, colleges and universities toprovide professionalcounselling.

g. Involvement of Civil Society, NGOs, CBOs and self-help groups.

h. Local Service Providers through Career Centres: Directory of Local service providers like drivers, plumbers, electricians etc.

i. Career Content Knowledge Repository: A searchable and updated database of skills based content in multiple media formats for easy access.

j. Revenue model for Career Centres to ensure sustainability.

k. Public Outreach Strategies.

Most suitable and innovative entries will be rewarded by a cash prize by the Ministry.

The last date for submission of entries is 31st March, 2015.

As this will work as the central nodal center which will help people across India on jobs availability. There used to be an govt agency once upon a time employment exchange..which has lost its glory. This job portals also can be linked to Ministry of Education & skill development which will cover education institution/facilities/skill requirement etc. These job portals can also serve the job requirement of Defense forces.

Medical Corruption:- In all private hospital should be black list (Achhe-Bhale Insaan ko murda banakas ICU/CCU main ek hafte rakh kar private hospital lambe bill banakar logon se paise wasoolte hai. In my brother case I was sufferer and I have saved my brother life when I take discharged my brother from "SUBHAM HOSPITAL" and I approached to PGI Lucknow and I have saved my brother life. second case for my young Jija Ji was died in Galaxy hospital due to mishandling by Sanvedana hospital Varanasi.

Same like this website mygov.in. A new website govjobs.in and privjobs.in should be started. Where in it provides all govt jobs available across Bharath and it can be made state wise jobs available. And all private/public limited companies can upload and take this route of publishing jobs and this way govt portal can generate revenue through advertising and information from private companies. Any person looking for his job link all his PAN/AADHAR/DL/PASSPORT details so as to track his wherabout

Sir, I was going through Aple sarkar launched by CM Fadnavis, its good but all can't understand Marathi, in Mumbai 60% of population are non maharastrians. I love the city and care for the city its the best city I could see in India. Can U pls inform through your agencies for them to include English for inputs in the website. I also want to provide support for the city/state through my feedback.

Respected my beloved PM! I m very hurt for Loosen of Delhi Election. Main reasons are:- (i) Delay in election after Lok sabha election. (ii) Bad advertisement of Delhi BJP Municipal corporation. (iii) I have taken auto in Delhi, driver said in 49 Days KOI POLICEWALE NE TAXI/AUTO DRIVER KA CHALAAN NAHI KATA. (iv) I was traveling in trains Bank employees were unhappy/dissatisfied due to some reason like their bank shares/investment, salary. JAI HIND! JAI BHAJPAA!

Sir, I have designed a circuit for preventing electricity wastage in urban area due to street light operating in day time due to carelessness of men employed for switching on and off street light. One of the survey in Gkp done by Danik Jagran News paper Says that in a single day the electricity wastage due to working of street light during daytime is about 1.75 Lakh per day. We executed our few circuit in gkp and they are working well. So i request to apply it every place it is required.

Prime minister started the Swachh Bharat Mission with motive to keep country clean. The campign would be more attractive and effective if jobs are created for the same. Let the state Municipal Corporations do recruitmnet for people who will be dedicated for this cause. This would be a way to generate employement and would also do away with the menace of Manual Scavenging. So Mr Prime Minister try making ur campaigns employment oriented rather then making them some Moral Science Book Chapters....
