The Ministry of Labour and Employment is implementing the National Career Service (NCS) as a Mission Mode Project for establishing a network of Career Centres for providing a variety of employment related services. These Career Centres will be the main outreach centres for the National Career Service Project. In this project, a National portal is also being developed to facilitate registration of job-seekers, job providers, intermediaries etc. and provide job matching services in a transparent manner. These facilities alongwith career counselling content will be delivered by the portal through multiple channels like Career Centres, helpdesk, mobile devices, CSCs etc.

The Ministry seeks to position the National Career Service as a one-stop platform for all employment and career related services. It seeks suggestions from the public, youth, students, Research Institutes, Industry Associations, Academia, Industry etc.forCareer Centres on the indicative areas listed below:

a. Branding of Career Centres: A name and tagline communicating the objectives with particular focus on provision of employment and counselling related services to the youth of the country

b. Coverage of Career Centre: Geographical catchment, Sectoral thrust, Special focus groups, Women and youth centric

c. Implementation Agency for Career Centres: Academia (schools, colleges, universities etc), Industry, Industry Associations, Governmental organisations

d. Services to be offered: Jobseeker registration, Employer registration and job posting, Career counselling, aptitude assessment, Job matching, Information on availability of courses at educational institutions, training providers, Guidance on self-employment and entrepreneurship.

e. Technology Platformfor NCS: Linkage with Aadhaar/Bank accounts to meet KYC norms, Integration with other large databases, Verification of certificates and credentials.

f. Network of Career Counsellors: By linking career counsellors in schools, colleges and universities toprovide professionalcounselling.

g. Involvement of Civil Society, NGOs, CBOs and self-help groups.

h. Local Service Providers through Career Centres: Directory of Local service providers like drivers, plumbers, electricians etc.

i. Career Content Knowledge Repository: A searchable and updated database of skills based content in multiple media formats for easy access.

j. Revenue model for Career Centres to ensure sustainability.

k. Public Outreach Strategies.

Most suitable and innovative entries will be rewarded by a cash prize by the Ministry.

The last date for submission of entries is 31st March, 2015.

पूरे देश में अजीविका के नाम पर परियोजनाये चल रही है लेकिन ये परियोजनाये इसे अपने ही अजीविका का साधन बना लिये है । इनकी जमीनी हकीकत देखने का जब किसी के पास वक्त नही तो योजनाये हम बनाये ही क्यो । देश के युवाओ का दर्द कोन समझेगे ये वेतन भोगी जो अपने ही परिवार चलाने के लिये दूसरो की अजीविका छीन लेते है । इनके भरोषे क्या देश का युवा कुछ कर पायेगा । युवाओ तो बहुत कुछ चाहता है समाज का विकास हो सब मिल कर रहे कोई किसी को शोषण ना करे लेकिन http://gyatavya.blogspot.in/ http://gsantoshp.blogspot.in

Good morning INDIA; MY STEPS TO MAKE CARRER CENTRE 1.ITS NAME SHOULD BE PRADHAN MANTRI CARRER CENTRE(PMCC) 2.IT SHOULD BE CONSTRUCTED IN ALL STATES. 3.IT SHOULD BE FREE TO ALL. 4.IT HAS A MANAGER WHO IS GRADUAT AND A MAN OF GOOD QUALITY 5.IT HAS MANY STAFFS. 6.IT ALSO HAS MINIMUM 10 ADVISOR TO WHICH THE MANAGER AND STAFF SHOULD WORK ACCORDING TO HIM TO WORK THIS CENTRE. 7.THIS CENTRE SHOULD CONDUCT SCHOLARSHIP TEST FOR FREE IN EVERY MONTH. 8.THOSE STUDENT WHO ARE QUALIFIED IN THIS TEST ,HE WOULD BE ADMITTED IN UNIVERSITIES OR COLLEGE. 9.IT SHOULD PROVIDE EDUCATION TO POOR AND ILLITERATE PEOPLE. 10.IT SHOULD BE INTERLINKED TO COLLEGES OR UNIVERSITIES. 11.IT ALSO CONDUCT A TEST TO WHICH THE QUALIFIED STUDENTS ARE PROVIDED FREE TUTION OF GENERAL COMPETETION LIKE SSC UPSC BANKING ETC. THIS STEPS ARE ACCORDING TO MYSELF. SO,I HOPE THAT THIS STEPS GIVES YOU TO MAKE AND RUN A BETTER CARRER CENTRE.

अभी तक हमारे देश में लाखो सी.एस.सी.काम कर रही है लेकिन शासन उन्हे क्या काम दे रही है योजना बनाना अलग है । ओर उन योजनाओ का क्रियान्वयन अलग सबसे पहले उन लाखो सी.एस.सी.को स्वालंबी बनाने का प्रयास किया जाये उन्के लिये परिवार चलाने लायक काम की व्यवस्था की जाये योजना बनाने से क्या लाभ जब योजना का लाभ लेने वाला भुखमरी की कगार पर हो ।

ओर आर्थिक सहयोग नही मिल पाता जिससे व्यावसायिक क्षेत्र में युवाओ को जाने में पेरशानी जाती है । युवा स्वरोजगार स्थापना हेतु प्रयसा तो करता है,लेकिन समाजिक ताना बाना ओर सरकारी रवैया को देखकर वो आगे कदम नही बढाता,ऐसे में सरकार को चाहिये कि ज्यदा जोर इस बात में दे ऐसे युवाओ के चयन में जोर दे जो वास्तव में व्यवसायिक लाईन में जाना चाहते है उन्ही को प्रशिक्षित करे फालतू कागजी कोरम को पूरा करने हेतु संस्थाओ पर पेसा ना लुटाये ,

सर्व प्रथम तो हमें ऐसे प्रेरको खोजना होगा जो वास्तव में दिल से चाहते है कि लोग स्वरोजगार से जुडे,ऐसे लोगो को खोज पाना समाज में बहुत कठिन है,लेकिन ऐसे लोगो की कमी नही है, जब कोई युवा रोजगार स्थापित करना चाहता है,तो उसको अनेक प्रकार की अश्काय धेरी रहती है वो अशफल होने के भय से कोई काम शुरू नही कर पाता,दूसरी समस्या आती है अर्थ की ,जो वो जुटाने में सक्षम नही होता,ओर जिनके वो आर्शित रहते है,वो अपने बेटे पर ही भरोषा नही कर पाते,

the career centres must be operationalise though employment department duly upgrading all employment exchanges with latest technology and infrastructure. creation of local service centres with the employment exchanges and linkage with aadhar and other technology and all outreach activities are related to carrer of youth to strive in good path. linkage of all employment and career services in one platform is also essential. the development career centres by govt. is good task. name "MARGADARSI"

Name for the career centre : Niyukti All the students in the country must come under one platform with a unique code. With the unique code for each student the job opportunity must be made available to the student via email or through internet. This unique code for the student must be given immediately after the completion of 10th class and simultaneously upgraded with his higher studies.

Gov. have to motivate the youths and woman.First of all we have to change the negative view point of general people towards our Gov.because for this mission we need efforts of all the citizens of the country. Gov.should focus on providing more and more information to those youths and womans who does not get proper education or jobs.For womans carrer development womans management is needed.And most important, all of us like students and youths who are should help the Gov.After all it is our duty

really appreciable project but govt should focus on village.Those students dont get proper education facilities and environment for exam, neither they can afford for coaching.Good primary education is every ones basic right,where law of equality here?
