 Section 147 of Railway act prescribes that:-

1. If any person enters upon or into any part of a railway without lawful authority he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may be extended to six months or with a fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.

Provided that in the absence of special and adequate reasons to the contrary to be mentioned in the judgment of the court, such punishment shall not be less than a fine of five hundred rupees.

2. Any person referred to in sub-section(1) may be removed from the railway by any railway servant or by any other person whom such railway servant may call to his aid.

However, over Indian Railways, especially over suburban sections deaths occur due to trespassing.

Suggest solutions for reducing trespassing of Railway tracks.

Connectivity of bridges, subways and stations seems not planned at few places in Mumbai. For e.g. Bandra (Local Station). Bridges are made like mazes. Its so confusing for a virgin traveler. This may compel him to opt for trespassing. Strict checking for trespassing and better and planned construction of Bridges, Subways and platforms shall lower the deaths due to trespassing.

In India, this happens- reason am saying this is because, no one is strict on this and this has become a habit now. Strict enforcement is key- station master and people managing these tracks should be allowed to penalize people for crossing these, once this starts, people will go- rules will be broken- if you allow them to.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री मोदी जी, / रेल मंत्री श्री सुरेश प्रभु जी , देशहित एवं जनहित में एक सुझाव आपके समक्ष पेश है - रेल लाइन की पटरियों की खाली पड़ी जमीनों को ऐसे भूमिहीन और जरुरतमंद लोंगों को आवंटन के जरिये कृषि कार्य के लिए देने की ब्यवस्था की जाय, जिसमें वह तिलहन और दलहन जैसी खेती कर सके ! जिससे कृषि प्रधान भारत देश में तिलहन और दलहन की घटती कमी को दूर किया जा सके !

भुमिअधिग्रहन कायदा माननीय मोदी जी भुमिअधिग्रहन कायदा सिंपल बना दीजिये --- 1) भुमिअधिग्रन के लिए राज्य सरकार की मान्यता होगी बिना राज्य सरकार के अनुमति के बिना जमींन नहीं ली जाए गी , मोदीजी राज्य सरकारे खुश हो जायेंगे और राज्यसभा में बिल पास हो जाए गा 2) मोदी जी जादातर राज्योमे आपकी सरकार है . मोदीजी ओ लोग आपको जमीन के लिए मना नहीं कर सकते. और उन उसी राज्य का विकास होगा जिन्होंने आपको चुना है 3) बाकी राज्यों को भी दिखा दो विकास क्या . और यही राज्य आपको 2020 को वापस पंतप्रधान बनाएगा

Any one could explain my Q including govt. max. candidate (sc/st/obc) caste only but whose family income are greater than that of Gen cat. should be in reservation ? many of my friends whose father are in cen/state govt service,they takes reservation and passed out many of campititive exam.can u say they should be in gen cat. or not.they taken away the Gen seat by the no.& rest of reserved seat are fullfilled by an acual(sc/st/obc)candidate.why it is happening? why they should not in Gen cat. ?

Famous gujarati line "ચેતતા નર સદા સુખી". it's meaning is that the man who is warned by himself , is always happy in his life.All peoples should keep this thing in mind. This types of accidents will automatically decrease and will also improve the profile of our country India.
