 Section 147 of Railway act prescribes that:-

1. If any person enters upon or into any part of a railway without lawful authority he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may be extended to six months or with a fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.

Provided that in the absence of special and adequate reasons to the contrary to be mentioned in the judgment of the court, such punishment shall not be less than a fine of five hundred rupees.

2. Any person referred to in sub-section(1) may be removed from the railway by any railway servant or by any other person whom such railway servant may call to his aid.

However, over Indian Railways, especially over suburban sections deaths occur due to trespassing.

Suggest solutions for reducing trespassing of Railway tracks.

4) Why dont you tell BJP not to involve in any suicidal skullduggery like the one in Bihar ? why not to just slug it out on the electoral front, when an well-entrenched cadre based party like ours is adequately equipped to do that ?

When you are doing many good things, what stops them to showcase it in simple understandable language to the people of the country ? 2.) You sir, visited Kashmir every single month from June to December - 2014. When MMS did not bother to visit once in 10 yrs. Why have you stopped that now ? People of the rest of the country liked that assertiveness.

In itself it is not a mean achievement as many popular leaders have lost their charm in fewer months. Disenchantment struck them sooner. TINA factor too is favoring you. You won Maharashtra, Jharkhand and Haryana. You got a historic result in J&K. JanDhan has reached record books. Economy is doing well. This is a request to the railway ministry to pls. start a train for Chandigarh-Dehradun route. The buses are already overcrowded on these routes and there are no deluxe buses also. Earlier a train was started but it was shut down. There are many students , service people , families who travel on this route even on daily basis and there is not even a single train making the travelling complicated. The route can be Chandigarh-> Ambala--> Saharanpur--> Dehradun and vice versa.

Tatkal ticket scheme me dalal ko rokna hoga .is me life simple system ho Santa hai ki Jo vyakti ko ticket Lena hai WO window par aaye aur window par camera hoga jisse photo ban kar ticket par as jayegi ....tab dalal aur clerk ki mili bhagat bhi much nahi kar sakti.abhi to vo nas id Lamar dete jain aur Jo pause deta hai uske naam ka ticket ban jata hai....

I want to see the railway connect indian economy and job creation.firstly modernization of railway station in basis of airport in 100 newly smart cities,2. In the railway station solar power plant had madeand this solar power plant will distribute all the power to work of the station,3 It will digital hub and all the work in e-governace.
