This is government has been working hard to uplift indians. In this approach it has been opening bank accounts for all. But in contrast some banks, like ICICI, under new transaction fees, has started making money under govt. toe from those poor account holders, who are unable to maintain minimum balance in their saving a/c. Refer new fee scheme, if a poor use ATM for Rs 200/ and check account balance etc, they are been charged more than Rs 40/ apart from MBC of 322/. The poor can't enjoy bank,

make underground path or elevator (especially for old ones)
make the speed low when the train approaches at plate from.
two or three guards of RPF should be appointed at plate from
**when a train crosses station which is not its stoppage the it ought not to passed through that track which is aside to plate form, and blow horn throughout the station especially in night

I have some New idea about railway tickets, specially In Mumbai 75 Lakhs (7.58 millions) passengers are travelling daily,so i want to say that, Kitne Paper Tickets book hote rahenge and all Papers are going to waste wo recycle bhi nhi ho sakte,Like mumbai metro tickets made by (plastics) such a tickets are distributes by mumbai railways so i hope profit will increase. But condition is when passangers entering and exiting platform tickets will collect by (AFC) Automatic Fare Collection gates.

Traveling on rails in India requires a mind set to ignore filth, stentch, dirty & noisy compartments, dirty toilets, dirty stations. Allow private operators to co-run trains like airlines.

It is learnt that more than 50% HQ/VIP quota available in different trains is sold. A foolproof system can be devised to prevent it . i have done some working on it . if required same can be submitted.
