 Section 147 of Railway act prescribes that:-

1. If any person enters upon or into any part of a railway without lawful authority he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may be extended to six months or with a fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.

Provided that in the absence of special and adequate reasons to the contrary to be mentioned in the judgment of the court, such punishment shall not be less than a fine of five hundred rupees.

2. Any person referred to in sub-section(1) may be removed from the railway by any railway servant or by any other person whom such railway servant may call to his aid.

However, over Indian Railways, especially over suburban sections deaths occur due to trespassing.

Suggest solutions for reducing trespassing of Railway tracks.

Model of Santragachi Station is highly recomended. It s 1of the most busiest junction in South Eastern Railway. Death due to trespassing was very common incident there as peoples were comfortable crossing the tracks instead of over bridges. Admin takes a strong step & asper the RailwayACT started arresting trespaasers with help of RPF. No1 can escape without filing a legal personal bond at local PS. It takes only a few months & now every1 uses the oberbridges no matter what urgency in you are.

Indian Railways is badly suffering from political interference . In last 20 years , Indian railway had been used only to fullfill political ambitions for Vote Bank of Railway ministers like Ramvilas Pasvan, Laloo Pd yadav, and Nitish kumar . They exploited Railway bedly. First of Railway should be made from political interference it should work as professional organization with long term planning to provide safe, punctual, speedy and high tech services to customers.

I would like to share my view on the gauge conversion between Akola to Indore under Project Unigauge. Please pay attention towards this route in the Railway Budget, because it connects the North India to South India And ths route is very shortcut route which will very useful for Railway as well as the passenger travelling on this route. We hope that you will pay attention at this route in this Budget. We hope that this gauge will complete as the our Government is under central. Thank You..

rainy season.and one more thing is that sir it will make shade and for that direct sunlight does not come directly to the train for that it consume electricity of AC bogies.

sir, in our country there are 65000 km railway track and we are the most promising country to produce solar energy because we are very near by country of equator and for that we get the solar light around the year, sir if we use the track side electric pole and make a roof above the railway track we easily produce lots of energy and that we use in railway system and it save our valuable agricultural land. Not only that sir it also help us in winter from fog and rain from rainy season.

I would like to discuss on booking tickets.... *As i m from Mumbai i would like to share the problem for taking local tickets.Why cant we think of a mobile app by which local tickets can be purchased online & payment through credit cards,debit cards etc.As most of the passengers are having android phones today it will be a good oppurtunity & rush on the ticket counter can be avoided.This will surely reduce people who travel without tickets.The same can be applicable for reservation tickets too.

my new discuss shrinarendramodi acchi baate karte hai lekin village jaane ke liye ticket nahi milta aaj morning me 8 baje chalu hokar 8 baje ke1 minute me 320 waiting aagaya sab ticket kidar gya baat karne or karne me bhut antar hota hai agar real me modi ji hai to mera ye likha hua read kare or turnt kal se right kare nahi to ye site ban kar de dhikhava na kare
