As we all know this Chandigarh is a beautiful city with very good people, but the major problem here is the uneducated or educated people who spread garbage and throw the garbage here and there.
Here it doesn't matter you are educated or not everyone just said what can we do ,and what will happen if only I take the initiative. By saying this everyone just ran away from there duties.
Here what I want to add that ,to stop this type of garbage throwing culture we must take hard steps.

Health: ensure the PHCs of Chandigarh actually work. Have seldom found a PHC in Chandigarh which has doctors present in it. Sometimes even the support staff is missing. Display a telephone number where a patient can call to report a missing doctor.

a. traffic: reduce traffic speed; ensure optimal maintenance of footpaths and cycle paths and prevent their misuse.
b. public transport: make it more accessible, give buses priority for movement and stoppage, allow more three wheelers AND regulate three wheelers (esp. check carrying number of passengers, provide properly designed stoppage point for three wheelers)
c. the good work being done by traffic police be strengthened even more. at the moment there are far too many slippages.
