Sir, Is there any possibility of India granting dual citizenship? This will be a winning proposition for all - the individual as well the countries involved. If the key issue is security, then this can be tackled by entering into bilateral agreements with other countries. Such agreements will ensure that the individual will be prosecuted in the country where (and if) he commits a crime.

Mr Modiji, i been living in Sydney for 14 years, but i hate going to any work relate to Indian embassy. Because You have to always wait for any work. You can get Australian Passport in emergency within 2 hours but if you have born here and suddenly if something goes wrong back home, you have to get Indian visitor visa which takes 5 working days as a Foreigner. Sometime as per situation they have to give instant visa and OCI process takes very long time as well. Thank You Jai Hind

Why Indians need to forfeit their citizenship when adoting developed countries like UK US Australia Canada. Look at Pakistan. They allow dual citizenship thus cutting the beauraucracy required for OCI POI etc. and gives confidence to invest in your own home country as citizen and not as an outsider. Can PM Modi ji look into this asap?

I have been living in the UK for 25 years but regularly visit India. I wish to set up a stand at the Magh mela in Allahabad in January 2015, to offer healthcare and assistance to those in need. I find it most disappointing that the official government website for Allahabad offers no information or advice on attending the mela. The UP tourism website gives only general travel information and talks about the 2013 mela. Why are they not promoting the upcoming event?

I am seeking some suggestions: Thers is huge possiblity to uplift village-- cleanliness, clean water, education , agriculture, small hi tech activities etc. However problem is how to create syenergy for these initiatives. It is important to have a foundation type structure which can stay corruption free. I am thinking of founadation like NOBLE prize founadation. Namaste.The legal system in India is a relic of the British Raj. My parents have been appearing in the courts on my behalf regarding property. The court is not open most of the days because of official holidays. Could the courts be classified as an essential service. Also, to plug a loophole, can the reasons for which a case can be adjourned be specified.This will help both the NRIs and Indians, since we dont have to keep travelling to India as and when the cases come up for hearing. Many Indians are working overseas. They are paying social security as per local laws ( like PF, we have in India). Our government must have agreement with all the countries to ensure that this contribution is reaching back to the employees in India in his/ her PF account. Today millions of Dollars are in foreign government's hand which is deducted from salaries of hardworking Indians. This is WHITE MONEY, and must come back to the concerned person.
