There are 5 Million Indians in Saudi Arabia. Each one is sending back home money. Why we cant open an account locally in bank and encourage them to deposit in designated account and back home using postal or banking network they either get cash at home or in account. A govt treaty could be done.

Schools should encourage "mentor ship programs" where the focus is not just to get good grades but to be independent and be able to get a job in the real world. I run a mentor ship program with 10 students and the structure is such that every student will leave only after they get proper job and are independent.

Population control is only possible with better education only. We all should try in the field of education . With proper education population control is also possible. Government as well as people should take steps in the field of education for poor and slum people. It is difficult but not impossible. I am also going to open a school for the slum people and to educate their parents about small families and value of education.
