How to bring black money back to India. Ask people to invest at very low interest rate (Black money) to develop infrastructure without any questions asked. This will give government required funds and get black money in the economy. Within 5 or 10 years government should try to fill in gaps to reduce black money transactions. This could be done by improving banking system and reducing cash transactions.

It's amazing that PM Modi announced the elimination and simplification of visa rules for PIO and OCI card holders but I was really hoping for him to announce a policy where NRI's would be able to vote outside of their country. All other developed nations allow their expatriates to vote in their consulate, I am not sure why India doesn't do that. NRI's who still maintain their Indian citizenship should be given their right to vote. I really hope this policy is implement before 2019.

I wish India could invest more in Cancer research and be a part of global research. For this, it would be better to have investments from companies such as Sigma Aldrich, Cell signalling, Santa cruz. I think if we allow these companies to open their branches in India, It would be boost our research. Also promote atleast one biotech hub in each city, that should be in partnership with Universities of that area. This would promote more opportunities for students to study rather than immigrating.

I have a suggestion to improve "Quality" in products and services. A vital factor that can guarantee high quality is 'automation'. Be it manufacturing, medicine or agriculture automation will help deliver high quality. For automation, many countries are already using : robotics, drones, 3d printing, nano technology, online ecommerce etc. Low-cost labor breeds poverty, replace them with machines that delivers high quality. Low-cost laborers can be trained and paid higher wages for their skills

I am a proud Canadian Indian and have been outsourcing IT from North America to India. I am now involved with energy efficiency initiatives to support the environment. I would like to focus on the same for India as energy efficiency of the industrial sector can be a huge contributor to energy surplus that can lighten up our villages and also be available for new businesses. We are currently working in Gujarat to reduce electricity consumption in refrigeration and air conditioning. Thank you
