The digital world has become an essential part of our daily lives—whether it’s social media, online shopping, digital banking, or gaming. Along with these opportunities come new risks such as Investment Scam, Instant Loan, Part time job, Trading, Sextortion, Courier Fraud, Digital Arrest, Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AEPS).

To build a safer online community, Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C) under Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) in collaboration with MyGov invites citizens to join the Digital Safety Dialogue. This open discussion is a space for sharing personal experiences, safety tips, and community practices that help protect against cyber threats. By learning from each other, we can strengthen digital safety awareness and promote secure online behavior for all.

Your inputs will help create a collective pool of ideas and practices that can be used to spread awareness and guide citizens towards building a Cybercrime-free Digital Bharat.

Hello sir I think we all should have some basic information about digital safety. Whatever we are browsing, we should have authentic browser, block the pop up message and avoid unsecured browsing. We should only use government and Indian apps because they are more safe. We should avoid misinformation, fake news. Whatever information we are getting from any social media, we should verify from 4-5 authentic sources. And when we are sharing some information it should also from official website, government website or authentic sources only. We should avoid sharing our personal information such as bank account details, sending money or OTP because nowadays there are many frauds and scams are happening. We should be alert about fake person, website, apps who are asking any kind of money online in name of jobs, trading, stock, mutual funds. Also we should avoid sharing any information about ourselves to any person. Do anything with trusted apps and never click on any kind of link forwarded.
