The draft NBPP is aimed at improving the availability, accessibility, quality of books and readership. The draft NBPP has been made under the guidance of the National Book Promotion Council (NBPC) which is chaired by the Hon’ble Minister of Human Resource Development. The draft NBPP is being placed domain for inviting comments and suggestions from the general public.

it is a very nice idea.... reading books is a very good habit increasing knowledge....and what can be better than a book providing us knowledge of our government schemes

What? is the right answer: anybody can google it. Why? & How? must be the focus if the book. should be an e-book / app on a cell phone. updated periodically. when Why? & How? to a question is understood, Foundation to knowledge is permanent. will create more curiosity and create future innovation.

please make books of images and also make books easy that children can read it easily bot make them more and more intresting

Now a days most of the students are not interested in reading books. They don't even read their textbooks . But most of the children like books with pictures . So we should add more pictures to ignite the minds of young readers and to developed interest .
