each n every city should have its own life time library..for all people,for no age bar ...also like giving up subsidiary... people who are interested can donate their books for welfare of society

First, all libraries in the country should be linked. All books in all languages be made digital and made available online. This should include religious and educational books.

शिक्षा के अधिकार के तहत दलित अति पिछड़े हुए तथा कमजोर आर्थिक स्तिथि वाले अभिभावकों को अत्यधिक फीस वाली शिक्षण संस्थाओ में प्रवेश से वंचित विधार्थियों के क्या अधिकार हैं ?
