There should be unannounced award for the students who spend maximum time in the library. Also another award for the students who utilises the maximum facilities of the library. This may indirectly enhance the reading habits among students.

we make the students in schools&college must have certain library hours compulsory for writing exams.ex:180 hours for every year.Reading habit rise the revolution in young age and Rationalise them towards the Future.most of the schools colleges donot encourage reading and don't have good library too.present books as a gift for celebration and contribution to institutions instead of cash .We may launch mobile library in public places and during travel in trains books may supply as reference

Aimed at promoting book reading habit among people of all age groups, especially women and children, the Centre proposes to recognise publishing as a small scale industry or a priority sector that would help books receive preferential treatment. By declaring publishing as a priority sector, books will receive preferential treatment in fiscal policies, credit facilities, export-import regulations and incentives.
