The purpose to include e-governance to government is to means more efficient in various aspects. Whether it means to reduce cost by reducing paper clutter, staffing cost, or communicating with private citizens or public government. E-government brings many advantages into play such as facilitating information delivery, application process/renewal between both business and private citizen, and participation with constituency.

Nowadays, the Smartphone has become very affordable and most of the household has at least one Smartphone. In addition to voice communication, it is being increasingly used for accessing online internet services. However, the mobile network coverage is not being extended up to the last mile in East Siang district. Therefore, mobile network coverage needs to be extended to remote areas so that every citizen can get benefit from online e-governance services.

Our ABK women wing have been doing a good job for the past many years to help fight the social evils that has been menacing this town. And with the advent of smart city project, hope there is an awareness made to the people that they be supportive of it in order to curb law and order problems under control. For a city cannot be made *SMART* with just infrastructural development.

And the city is limited in size as well as population. Need for those facilities may only come up at the later stages when greater development takes place and people converge for economic activities from different places.
