Most of the problem about Pasighat people is they know so many thing, they also have sources to do that thing. If this thing will not on the Pasighat people mind, then Pasighat would be more than a smart city to call, or we can say that Pasighat should be the great smart city of the India.

Today E-Waste is also a great threat. The environmental effects can be horrific. Most electronic waste goes through a recycling system called a Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment, which recycles 95-98% of E-Waste. Bio-Toilets may be provided where toilets constructed in slum areas cannot be connected to drain lines. Rating may be done for all wards of Pasighat every year to promote competition among them on green and clean.

Smart city mean to build a sustainable City with basic infrastructures inclusive growth, there should also be room for urban poor in the form of affordable housing, employment generation etc. Emphasis should also be given to good governance including e-Governance.
