The Third round of Smart City Challenge is started. In order to succeed in community-led Smart City Challenge, once again WE need YOU! Pasighat Municipal Council (PMC) proposes to re-engage with its citizens and community groups to give feedback and suggest improvements regarding the city profile, administrative efficiency and citizen engagement with the draft Smart City Proposal so that will help for revising the proposal for Round-3 of the Smart City Mission.

Your Participation is important for us.

The draft proposal will be finalized and submitted to MoUD once the citizen feedback on the draft proposal is incorporated.

As everyone knows that cities are engines of growth for the economic of every nation. That’s why, in the approach to the Smart Cities Mission, the objective must be to promote cities that provide core infrastructure and give a decent quality of life to its citizen, a clean and sustainable environment and applicable of ‘smart’

My Dream Smart City Pasighat *Smart city is known as ‘Dream City’ Smart city required comprehensive development of physical, institutional, social and economic infrastructural to improve the quality of life. Smart city will include adequate water supply, intelligent , traffic management, non-vehicle street, energy efficient, street light overhead electric wiring with underground wiring.

Street light must be require. Most of the hightech light in pasighat town and some select area but it not working. Please lookafter all street light to remove darkness from pasighat.

Alongwith infrastructure development, the city need to align the growth with development of human resource. It becomes the very foundation of a vibrant and cosmopolitan urban culture

There are many things which could be effectively done under Intelligent Government Services. Police - An official face book and Twitter page to keep citizens updated on law and order, crime, accidents and other important information. Marriage Certificate Service to be done online and user should have easy access to take out printout anytime. Cleaning- GPS System in all garbage truck to keep tab on their availability and position. An easy to access mobile app for tourists etc.

This will create more innovative idea and get many improvment in city solution for Outward migration of youth for employment Connect 100 no to all services & emergencies
