The Third round of Smart City Challenge is started. In order to succeed in community-led Smart City Challenge, once again WE need YOU! Pasighat Municipal Council (PMC) proposes to re-engage with its citizens and community groups to give feedback and suggest improvements regarding the city profile, administrative efficiency and citizen engagement with the draft Smart City Proposal so that will help for revising the proposal for Round-3 of the Smart City Mission.

Your Participation is important for us.

The draft proposal will be finalized and submitted to MoUD once the citizen feedback on the draft proposal is incorporated.

Smart parking,intelligent traffic management,integrated multi model transport,tele-medicine and tele- education,incubation/trade facilitation centers,skill development center,According to the Smart Purpose of the Smart Cities mission is to device economic growth and improve the equality of life of people by enabling local areas development.

A smart city would have a deference to connotation in India than,say Europe.Even in India,there is no one way of defining a Smart City.Some definition boundaries are required to guide cities in the mission.In the imagination of a any city dwellers in India the picture of a Smart City contain a wish list of infrastructure and aspiration.To provides for the aspiration and needs of the citizens.

The first question is what is mean a Smart City there is no Universally accepted definition of a Smart City.It conceptualization of Smart City therefore various from city to city and country to country depending on the level of development,willingness to change and reform,resources and aspiration of the city residents.

Municipal Corporation has to take steps to install more dustbins across the city to put it clean.Solid waste management to be implemented in efficient manner
