The Third round of Smart City Challenge is started. In order to succeed in community-led Smart City Challenge, once again WE need YOU! Pasighat Municipal Council (PMC) proposes to re-engage with its citizens and community groups to give feedback and suggest improvements regarding the city profile, administrative efficiency and citizen engagement with the draft Smart City Proposal so that will help for revising the proposal for Round-3 of the Smart City Mission.

Your Participation is important for us.

The draft proposal will be finalized and submitted to MoUD once the citizen feedback on the draft proposal is incorporated.

Pasighat has vast potential in terms of air,water,road and transportation. Besides,its vastness and wide road which make more deserving unlike congested and packed road of capital city Itanagar. Pasighat town is a plain area which should be given priority for smart city. Perhaps, Pasighat is complete package for smart city.

A sustainable development plan for the town is a must be it the conceptual smart city plan or the master plan in large.A plan in such a way that it is updated every ten years with minor alterations every now and then and every aspect is updated every decade so that the current situation and the need of that hour is met without making the larger change in the plans.

A lot has been talked about since the first phase begun and we are hoping that that this time pasighat is clear of it and makes through one of the smart cities.It is evident that we all,the general public wants the basic problems that pasighat faces, to be answered.The draft proposal supposedly covers it all and hope it is practical of what the conceptual talks about.Incorporating it as a model town of tourism potential as well as an urban space that is livable and do not compromise on the ne

In addition to everything,the smart city proposal should facilitate to all sections of the society.Make facilities that caters to different groups like differently abled groups,the economically backward classes who cannot avail of everthing and are made aware of their rights so that they are able to access to what they are capable of.

I request to the Government please look over the Pollution because pollution has became hazardous to heath because it give rise to many fatal disease.Now ,in Pasighat most people are goes to morning walk but after when it became Smart City the sanitation party should check twice a day for better progress.

Cleanliness is one of the most important factory that defines the development of a place for instance the Chemical to the nearby rivers and others location resources not polluted them.

Traffic condition, clean city mission, health facility, smart drainage system should be improved. Water treatment plant should be increased, more emphasis on renewable resources. Proper disposal of garbage should be there and increament in number of roadside toilet and it should be maintain properly and give more emphasis on cleanlines
