The Third round of Smart City Challenge is started. In order to succeed in community-led Smart City Challenge, once again WE need YOU! Pasighat Municipal Council (PMC) proposes to re-engage with its citizens and community groups to give feedback and suggest improvements regarding the city profile, administrative efficiency and citizen engagement with the draft Smart City Proposal so that will help for revising the proposal for Round-3 of the Smart City Mission.

Your Participation is important for us.

The draft proposal will be finalized and submitted to MoUD once the citizen feedback on the draft proposal is incorporated.

pedestrians for public, mobility:- create separateness pedestrianize for pedestrian as will encourage public mobility and clean air and reduce road accident and air pollution.

Education is fundamentally a collaborative interactive endeavor cities,companies and Educational institution can use connect learning solution to improved access to education beyond local resources by using network based collaboration technologies to improve students outcome .

pasighat city of knowledge, finance, health, sports, electronics, justice and education hub. the intention is to build a functional smart city and present and model of development and being designed to be the driver of the economy of the state.

I strongly wish that mera sapono ka sahar 'Pasighat' will a proper SMART CITY in future.Now the question is a Smart City?Due to good infrastructure,simple and transparent online process make it easy to establish an enterprise and run it efficiently are important feature of an investor friendly Smart City.

In 1981,the first school was set by the local tribal people at Pasighat,in 1922,another school was opened by Adis of Dibang valley at Dambuk,Subsequently,School were started in 1934 at Nengroo,in 1940 at Boleng and at Riga in 1946 at Balek,in 1947 at Along ,Daring,Ledum ,Pang and Yomcha.The Medium of Instruction was Assamese in all those Schools.
