There are numerous junctions in NH515 that are dangerous. The junction near Gandhi School and TVS Showroom are the most vulnerable. These junctions need immediate realignment and improvement. It is becoming a junction of fatal accidents in recent times. Nice to see that the draft proposal is taking special care of this issue. We can also do away with unnecessary speed breakers which are lined up in the NH515.

Education and Health are the two sectors which have been selected by the people of Pasighat as its most important issues. The draft plan does not offer clarity on this issue. Understood that the draft is just a synopsis, however since there was overwhelmingly voting for these two issues even in the First round of competition, there should have been a enhanced focus.

The location of the Proposed Solar Energy Park is in my opinion not appropriate. The alternate or second choice of site on the bank of Siang River would be more appropriate. Along with the solar energy park, another park to harness the immense potential of Wind Energy in the same vicinity may also be proposed.
