Pasighat, being the centurion old town which covers the eastern belt of Ap, really needs a face lift. And it can be achieved by smart city scheme. Pasighat being geographical suitable place, with its plane terrain condition is connected by land , air and water. The place can be turn into an educational hub by proposing good technical colleges, which can benefits the neighbouring states.colonies need quality roads with drainage systm. Over all existing features need a smart upgrade.

Pasighat should be upgraded because it is the centre of Arunachal Pradesh and the town should offer more job opportunities, good infrastructure, good hospitality, tourist spot, must not lack in the field of education and medical needs(As Pasighat is the backbone of the people belonging to the Adi tribe)
Airport and Train station is a must objective. And Installation of Army base are also in need as our neighbouring country keeps on striking at us.

Introduction of medical colleges(AIIMS),engineering colleges etc should also be one of the top priority so as to turn Pasighat into educational hub if A.P and it will also be very beneficial for the neighbouring states like Assam.

The gap between the road and the building(shop) should be beautifully converted into spacious walking pavement for pedestarians. Also installment of street lights along the highway is a must.
