Behaviuoral changes starts from the childhood and best to instill that in next generation os through schools there should be sensitisation of energy efficient habbits in school which can show advantages of energy efficient to children.Also concurrently there should use of masd media by government to show benefits of energy saving to people and also some laws should be brought in to put limits on use of energy in big business men houses, as energy is national resources which can't be wasted.

City Radios by state govt should be started to provide details about crimes,activities,govt initiatives ^ schemes like that in USA.
