(When I shared these views of mine with people...they just say this is only dream...cannot happen in reality,,,....Anyone here thinks so on here after reading this...for them....We would not have been independent today if our freedom fighters like Bhagat Singh,Netaji,Gandhiji etc thought in this way.....At that time we have only spears....the British have guns....But its not the weapons which can change the fate...It's man....A common man like u and e...Lets work together..

Thus the government provides a scope for everyone and every one should work along for the development of India...Development of the country means that every citizen of the country is employed. The govt. also provides chances for every unemployed citizen to move forward in his respective field. And it happens only if we all...the 121 crores population of the Country join our hands together and work together....For Swacch bhart,Sresth bharat and thus SWARNA BHARAT....JAI HIND...

We know that poverty, illiteracy and unemployment are inter related... No literacy-No employment-Poverty Poverty-No literacy-No employment...Thus the the poor are to be educated first and the teachers or trainers for the education of the illiterate poor should be the ones who are talented and still unemployed.

4.Some unemployed will be trained inorder to conduct campaigns for the programme named "Yachak nirmoolan yojana" (which means that there will be no beggar in India hereafter). They train the begars and mould them into civilized and pave a path into the society for them.

(This is because the police may not approach victim immediately at the time of the situation. These unemployed youth who were posted will be on patrol day and night taking shifts and C.C.Cameras will be fixed to every street light or atleast in every street so as to help the WCPF men to react immediately. They will be posted in such a way that they will be at a distance of atmost 200 mts from every site)

3.Some youth(unemployed) who are tough at body and eligible are trained by some security organisations and form forces in private in order to help the police. One among them is "Women and children Protective Force" which is especially formed for the protection of women and children aganist the sexual harrasments, abuses, rapes and other crimes. They will b posted in a group of either 4 or 5 for a group of colonies so that protection for the women will be at every inch.

2.In the same way, when we come to cities,we can conduct a campaign for talented unemployed youth and train them so that they can educate the people in villages and the uneducated.(Education is more than literacy). The people who will be uneducated will e taught lessons and objectives will be given to them in their respective field of work. For example ,a farmer is taught about the crops, techniques, updated methods and especially the required knowledge to gain his correct income.

For example,we employ some of the youth as labour for the development of touristic attractions(for cleaning, maintaining etc) who have the strength ansome of the educated as guides. Making them run small scale industries can also be a scope for their employment. And some other unemployed from cities who have good communication skills and thiking power are trained so as to educate them.

About generating employment: I'm not so experienced in this suggesting thing but have some ideas which may be implemented to genrating employment and encouraging talent.. 1.Employment for unemployed youth in agency areas:For the unemployed youth of agency areas, tourism may be a factor to decide their scope for employment.Let us consider some youth who are unemployed and not so educated as well in agency areas and hilly stations. How can we provide them employment?
