I second you Adarsh..Most of India is blessed with more sunny days than many a countries in the world. We should utilize this resource to the fullest. Hope the new duty cuts on solar panels will push for it easy and vast adaptation.

Energy conservation can be easily by any lay man also. Directly coming to the point where there is scarcity of electricity i.e. in some villages there is a vast use of solar charged appliances but in cities as the power cuts are minimum no one seems to be interested in solar appliances. If solar Appliances can be implemented as widely as it is in villages it will save a lot of energy for the govt. as well as a lot of elec. bill for the individual in cities!!!!
