CALL FOREIGN COMPANIES TO BRING FDI AND TO MAKE THEM LUCURATIVE GIVE THEM TAX HOLIDAY AND SINGLE WINDOW CLEARANCE TO OPEN COLD STORAGE WHERE THE 30 % FOOD GRAIN COULD BE SAVED. 2.AS OUR ELECTRICITY IS WASTED AS WE DON'T HAVE GOOD TRANSMISSION LINES SO THAT OUR ELECTRICITY IS WASTED. FDI CAN BE THE SOLUTION FOR IT BUT GIVE THE FOREIGN COMPANIES TAX HOLIDAY.

Saw an article regarding using low cost solar energy solutions from scrap in Philippines. This is being used in the slums where there is no or limited electricity.
