Please instruct all central gov offices to fix solar panels on their roof tops which will provide electricity for the offices. The initial cost will be recovered through the cut in electricity bill and will also lead to greener environment. Soft loan and special cash incentives can be given to all government staff who have installed solar panels in their house and operating it. Also all railway station roof tops to install solar panels. This will go a long way to save energy and cost.

Sir, Indian Govt. is not taking benefit of crises in oil price & passing the same to consumer, In past whenever oil price raise in international market, price in Indian market raise with immediate effect. If people are wise enough they will stop the wheel which is in hand of comman man. If all people in India unanimously decide to rest their vehicle for fortnight time. This will bring real picture of petroleum business & will help world in improving ecological condition by reducing pollution.
