The issue of social access and equity are far too complex. While the gaps in average enrolments between disadvantaged groups like SC, ST, Muslims, girls and Children with special needs and the general population have decreased, there is still a considerably large gap in learning levels with historically disadvantaged and economically weaker children having significantly lower learning outcomes. Large and growing learning gaps threaten the equity gains achieved on the enrolment front because children with lower levels of learning are more likely to drop out. We need to examine current interventions in bridging the gender and social gaps and identify focused strategies for effective inclusion.

At present the school timings of all Kendriya Vidhyalayas should immediately be reduced at least by one and half hours. The students of KVs get tired badly. On the other hand many private CBSE schools have relaxed the timings and their students are excelling in IIT, IIM and NEET etc.

1. SC/ST and girls do not need RESERVATION. They need only proper training, guidance and moral support. It is only the POLITICIANS who want RESERVATION to continue for their political mileage. If we really want to make our nation economically sound then we have to replace the present reservation system by MERITOCRACY, otherwise all dreams of our YOUTH will be shattered. Because of this RESERVATION the QUALITY OF ADMINISTRATION AT ALL LEVELS has gone down.

Reservation system should be replace with CHANKYA SCHOLARSHIP (or any nomenclature as deem fit ) which allow NON CREAMY LAYER SC/ST/OBC student , who able to crack LAW/MEDICAL/ENGINEERING entrance examination , full time scholarship . It will mitigate the criticism of reservation of non benefiting the real backward class and helping the creamy layer only. Strict law (not guideline) for distribution of scholarship.

Quality Education is the fundamental right, hence primary and secondary QUALITY educational insurance is must(all categories). Every marriage registered shall have a Aadhar card /Jan dhan based 2 child educational insurance upto 12th std funded by govt.+ private sector + educational cess + parents. Institutional delivery will invite additional funds to this insurance pool. pros:educational security up-to 12th,inclusion in financial pool, strengthening social fabric, tax collection utilization.

Ideally to label one as "SC" or "ST" itself is exclusive. In an ideal society if we are talking about equality, such labels do cause more injustice. Yes, provide the support that is needed, but after a certain level, such differences should go away. For example after giving all the opportunities and becoming an engineer, an SC should feel himself/herself as equal to others and compete as a normal person. With the current system we create more exclusion than inclusion.

Remove the "Creamy" layer from the SCs, STs and Minorities who are blocking progress of the real backwards who really deserve government support.

Modern Nomads such as construction and farm workers can't send their kids to the schools as they move from one place to another frequently. There should be a very huge number of such kids. Two solutions: 1) Give such kids a card that entitled them to attend any school without much administrative hurdles. 2) Start special schools those admit students at the age of 12 (mature enough to take care of him/herself) Grade 1 and with accelerated learning complete till grade 12 by the age of 18.

hindus are converting to other religion mostly chritianity or muslim due to hatred they might have faced due to their caste but after conversion they maintain their caste on papers to take advantages of reservation as well as financial benefits from the post religion.this idea had been given by their priests.to stop this double benefit govt. should get their 'under practice religion' certified from RSS,madarsa or masjid, churches and gurudwaras for respective claims of religion.truth unveils.

Making a special reservation facilities for any person on the basis of his cast would one day make India a hollow country but we can over come it by making the change in the basis of providing reservation facilities. I think giving reservation on the basis of income would be much better than following castism.
