In our country, children are taught in languages they do not speak at home and surrounding society. Children need a chance to learn in their mother tongue upto primary and secondary level. Learning in an unfamiliar language can hold children back. Schools need to teach the curriculum in a language children understand. Students can grasp knowledge with interest much better in mother language than forced use of ENGLISH.

For higher education more and more universities should be and universities should be allowed to open their colleges anywhere in India. For example Delhi University should be allowed to open its colleges in other States also which will reduce pressure in Delhi and also help people in other states to get quality education in their state only.

New Education policy should also focus on cost of primary education. I am from delhi and in Delhi cost of education per month is in the range of Rs 6K - 10K, Dont think its affordable for middle class families. its loot done by private schools after getting land from govt at very cheap rates. In any policy cost in an important factor, request you to look into cost of education in private school. Dont want regulation but education sector should not be treated like a profitable sector

New Education policy should focus on quality education. By quality i mean all basis facilities should be available starting infrastructure, teachers to clean toilets. Presently our education sector suffers from deficiency all these three things. Also we should not divide children in terms of caste, gender and religion. They all r same and each deserve equal rights and one single education policy. Request you to focus on improving existing infrastructure and opening more schools.

Respected sir, Hariom!
Each Granted Teacher/Professor from different NGO's of India should be transfer to different NGO's within the District after every three years to improve the quality of education in School and Colleges. and Most of the students get benefited with the expertise of these Teachers and Professors, if this happen.
Also the Teachers and Professors get change of environment & local Politics which is essential to improve the mental & physical health of them.
Hariom!

Dear Sir,I wanted to share my experience and Idea, for the ongoing demand for research fellowship hike.I feel very sad, that in spite of you doing so many things which will show benefits in long term, people want things for free.My Idea is, if hike is decided then strict conditions should be applied, like number of patents and papers published for research. In universities abroad, the funds given expect a lot from students and professors.Same must be done in Our Country also,so that quality improves

Govt primary school should adopt the dynamicmode for conducting the session to compete the private schools. The anganwaadi kendra should be under the keen observation of Head master as now they are just wasting the prestigious childhood of children. The MDM money are shared among the Principal and Pradhan and low quality food are feeded to children. Each Money should be transfered in the A/c of different Teacher and at the last auditing must be done and the best work should be awarded.
