gov need to act tough to break centuries old practices. gov provides elec, water, low cost ration, pension etc. link these schemes with bad practices , like provide to those houses with sewerage or sceptic toilets, i had seen in my village people not having toilet though female members demanding it. providing any thing free make people lazy at least take in return good practices if not work. provide subcidy for sceptic n flush toilet, remove all subsidy from houses not having it.

Sir also we should put a ban or penalize the people who post advertisement papers with phone numbers and photos in all public places.. which is good when new but turns the place and environment ugly when turns old. Strange thing is that the we don't action even when we have a clear evidence .. like the person is challenging the municipal officials.
