Thanks to the PM for thinking about the energy conservation as this problems will be affects us in future; as we have all resources of energy production but problem is equality distribution and loss of energy at the end of user and no encouragement to the alternative energy production industries as all knew that we are not in the position to waste of energy in kind of advertisement or promotion hoardings etc etc which can be replaced by the alternative energy sources i.e.solar and wind power...

The government can impose a rule, that every house hold building constructed should have rain water harvesting . This rule was implemented in tamilnadu and we are able to find lot of difference. We need to implement the same rule in other cities as well. This will result in increase of ground water level. The authorities should take necessary action against people who do not abide this.

Govt buildings shall be made as green building, where ever possible. Charge a extra fee, if private buildings are not made as green building. All new software and other buildings should compulsorily follow green building concepts to get power connection. Water, sunlight should be harvested, good air circulation system, tree count ( compensatory tree planting or adopt a tree growing farmer)

OPEN ACCESS is also way to reach the loss & to get increase debt & burst condition of state Govt. electricity companies/deptt., because through open access , electric energy seller companies have set a channel/liasener in every Govt electric deptt , which leaks/tells when energy to be imported and when it is to be exported. There is no regulating system in Load dispatch centre to monitor to import energy on higher terrify when frequeny becomes very low below 47 Hz.

The reason of debt and energy losses in Electricity deptt.is that there is huge corruption and interference of politicals and also Engineers/Staff also have no desire and fully devote to reduce the losses & debt.Much corruption is also most issue in electricity deptt of all states and companies like L&T,ABB,Crompton Greeves,,ALSTHOM,AREVA,IMP,UNIVERSAL,KEC and so many others companies have deputed their liasners to set the process , how to get most profit in EHV works in turnkey projects.

For government offices, use of incandescent lamps or CFLs can be banned. Less use of electricity should be promoted. Usage of waste products as electricity source would be a good idea. Human or animal waste can help. Using solar panels for electricity would be better rather. Private building owners should also be encouraged for the same.
