Can a new model of deficit financing through printing of notes to finance Government expenditure rather than having huge collection organisations employed by the Government, create a revolutionary financial model with no precedent but a kind of parallel to the US economy as it really exists through excessive deficit.

If deficit financing ruins economies then the US would be ruined by now. They not only have huge deficits but also each citizen is a net borrower through easy credit availability. It seems to me that the key to a robust economy is easy credit to the productive sector be it an individual or an organization at low interest rates.the faster the rotation of the existing money in circulation the stronger the economy.

By using electricity at a higher voltage say at 300 v instead of current uses at 220v , the loss in distribution wires can be reduced substantially. The collective effect will be enormous. Feasibility of use of even higher voltage lighting equipment specially in night lighting can be studied and implemented to reduce losses due to cable resistance... I am an electrical Eng. from one of NITs and working at a senior position in a engergy com.

Hotels and banquet halls if situated in small cities or having high political approach plus police backing never follow rules and regulations .They carry on DJ and light shows according to there choice. If they respect others sentiments and become responsible citizens surely they may conserve a lot of resources. Same thing we are facing in Dehradun as a nearby 4 star hotel never follows 10 PM switch off rule.

why to allow Air conditioners with low temp setting upto 16 degree. It can be restricted upto 20 or 21.Same should be implemented atleast in governmnet office installements in first go.

policy should be framed to give incentive to even domestic consumers for using(not simply installing)solar generated power.Subsidy in installation is wrongly used and leads corruption.Incentive should be generation/usage based e.g if a domestic consumer generates/consumes X amount of his own solar generated power,he should be given proportationate conventionalally generated power units at subsidised rates.

All colleges & Universities should be given a target of 10%-20% shifting of their electrical load to self installed solar generated power in next one year through their own resources.

As energy efficiency is one of the most important issues surrounding our society we should look forward to working more at the preliminary level, as India is growing at a rapid rate and Real Estate sector is in a boom, construction needs to be as per parameters set for making a Green Building. This concept is approved worldwide and is also visible in our country but we need to do a lot more with this concept and make it a more successful one.
