For energy conservation in electricity there should be three type of bulling 1. Domestic 2. Commercial 3. Decorative Commercial. Regarding rate I have to say some thing. For Decoration or Decorative Commercial the rate should be 4(four) time more than the commercial rate.

CAN BE UTILIZED TO OTHER WORK AND THE ONE TIME EXPENDITURE OF SOFTWARE IS NEARLY 100 CARORE BUT THE SAVING OF PAY IS 200 CARORE PER MONTH. AND NO HEAD OFFICE, REGIONAL ,CIRCLE LEVEL OFFICE REQUIRES WHICH BENEFIT MORE IN INFRASTRUCTURE AND ORIGINAL HURDLE FOR PUBLIC FACILITY.

SIR FOR BEST SOURCE OF GROUND WATER IN CITY VILLAGE PLEASE MAKE JAL SANCHAY IN EACH HOUSE OF ONLY URINAL AND WASHING WATER LIKE "SOSH KHADA" IN GUJRAT. IN 3 FEET BY 3 FEET BY 4 FEET BENEATH VARANDAH ETC. PLACE SO IN EACH SINGLE HOUSE OF 4 PERSONS WE CAN STORE 400 LTR OF WATER IN GROUND AND WATER MOVES TO TUBE WELL ETC. AS IT IS NATURAL. NO FACTORY POLLUTION IN HOUSE. ALL WASTE OF WATER EVEN UNRINAL, ACID, DETERGENT ARE RECYCLED NATURALLY .

SIR FOR THE BEST MANAGEMENT PLEASE MAKE OFFICE SOFTWARE THROUGH NIC OR INFOSYS OR RELIABLE INSTITUTE SO THE SYSTEM RUN SMOOTHLY. BUT WHEN SOFTWARE CREATED BY SAME DEPT. SOFTWARE WING SO IT MIGHT BE HARD TO HANDLE AND TO WHOM ANYONE COMPLAIN AS IT IS CREATED BY SAME DEPTT. NIC HAVE BEEN FUNDED BY GOVT. AND MAKE PROPER USE OF IT WILL GIVE LESS EXPENDITURE AND FULL SKILL IN GOVT. UNDERTAKING.

All the canteen wastes of corporate offices are a major constituent to solid and liquid waste. Paper dishes, card board sheets, easily bio degradable use and throw items should be made mandatory for offices over 25 and above staff capacity and liquid waste management propositions should be undertaken by individual offices at own liability enabling easy and quick solution approach.

The concept of Green Buildings is an effective way of conserving as well as harnessing energy. Use of biodegradable products should be popularized. Paper products,used pens, printer cartridges must be sent to recycling sites instead of dumping them after use .

use led bulbs and tube light and for security light 100 watt led lights are available. secondly instead of desktop computers use laptops they have better energy management. have a centralized printer for department instead of different printers.
