Roadside improvement: 1. Fix up drainage,- all road-side drainage should be made underground - this will help present a clean look for the city - stop roadside garbage dumping. 2. Fix up roads and improve street lightning. Put up LED street lightning and make it solar powered - This would help in having lights during the famous power cuts - This can also be done in PPP partnership with shops sponsoring the street poles on nearby stretch(Continued..)

(continued from before) 4. Clean the area around railway station. The tonga station and the bus stand are so filthy that people cannot walk. 5. Clear the sidewalks and relocate the vendors on roadside to enable pedestrians to move. 6. Clear encroachments in the market - free up space for public movement 7. The newly built vegetable market should also appropriate garbage disposal mechanism- press the need of cleanliness on citizens and take it on war footing.

Garbage Disposal: Make the city clean: 1. Dry and wet waste segregation should be mandatory across all housing complexes. 2. Door to door collection made mandatory and no garbage disposal on roads - those littering should be fined heavily..Levy a garbage collection cess and along with segreggation would make the city clean 3. Appropriate waste collection mechanism for the city market. The whole stretch between Khalifabagh and Rly station - no dustbins, garbage strewed on roads
